Waco Family Medicine and Ascension Medical Group Providence Announce Collaboration and Management Transition of Midwifery Services

The midwives, advanced practice providers, and staff of Ascension Medical Group Providence have transitioned to Waco Family Medicine following an agreement between the two organizations. Waco Family Medicine will remain in its current location at Ascension Providence and all current services will continue to be provided, with additional services planned for the coming months.

Waco Family Medicine and Ascension Medical Group Providence have a longstanding relationship and are well-aligned in their commitment to provide compassionate care with special emphasis on the underserved. This transition ensures continuation of care, signifies a commitment to continued excellence in care, and improves the safety net system for the Waco community.
